Art Applied is a vast and comprehensive survey of the work of Dutch designer and architect Petra Blaisse and her studio Inside Outside, presenting a kaleidoscopic overview of their work across landscape, interior and exhibition design. Join us for an intimate celebration to mark the launch of the book, where Petra Blaisse will be discussing her new retrospective in conversation Cecily Brown, Nicolai Ouroussoff, Fredi Fischli, and Niels Olsen. The conversation will be followed by drinks and a book signing.

Tuesday 26 March

Join Richard Billingham at the ICA for a very special event to mark the launch of the new edition of  Ray’s a Laugh, including a screening of his feature-film debut Ray & Liz, an unsettling family portrait set in Thatcher-era Britain. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Richard Billingham and writer and curator Sacha Craddock. The launch will also include a book signing.

Join us to celebrate the launch of Inside Outside / Petra Blaisse’s dazzling retrospective Art Applied in Milan, home to one of the practice’s largest and most breathtaking projects – the Biblioteca degli Alberi at the Porta Nuova. Petra will be in conversation with editors Niels Olsen and Fredi Fischli.

Exteriors – Annie Ernaux and Photography brings together the celebrated writing of Annie Ernaux, winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature, with photographs from Maison Européenne de la Photographie’s collection. To celebrate the launch of the book and exhibition of the same name at Maison Européenne de la Photographie, ⁠Lou Stoppard will be in conversation with writer and journalist Lauren Collins about Exteriors and the dynamic interplays between writing and seeing.
